Robert Buonanno is a Founding Member and Principal of Legacy Trust & Capital Partners. Rob brings 25 years of financial market experience as the head of the Portfolio Management, Financial Planning and Retirement Planning Division of Legacy by way of his Registered Investment Advisor, Genesis Financial Group, LLC.
Through a very professional and personalized relationship that includes an emphasis on providing world class service, Rob works closely with clients including business owners, families/individuals and Non-Profit Organizations in assisting them with accurately identifying their comfort level for risk, as the first and crucial step of the investment process. Our main goal is to always preserve, manage, and grow the wealth that has been created with the least amount of risk possible.
Working within a fully customizable plan, we will team up together and carefully select strategies to meet your financial objectives ranging anywhere from capital preservation to income generation to aggressive growth and anywhere in between which may include hedging strategies. Rob graduated the University of Rhode Island’s College of Business with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Residing in Mahwah, NJ with his wife Christina and their kids Cole and Jake, Rob enjoys playing baseball, basketball, golf and ping pong when he and his family are not enjoying time at the beach.
